The CrossFit for beginners program is designed for you. All workouts are scalable for any individual, so come in and give it a try. CrossFit Bondi’s goal is to provide community members with a fun path to achieving their ultimate physical and mental potential. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done with friends! CrossFit Bondi’s beginner program makes that happen.

You don’t have to be in shape to start!

We love introducing Beginners to the Crossfit community. Haven’t exercised for years and intimidated by CrossFit? You will be content with the results you achieve and the new lifestyle you develop. Besides, we will teach you how to move well and safely. Because keeping injury-free and inspired cements the road to your goals.

Setting you up for success.

Because the Starter Course guides you through a 4-week foundation course. CrossFit Bondi will  give you an understanding on Basic CrossFit Movements and the unique, controlled manner these movements are applied. You will safely learn these foundation with guidance from coaches.

We’ll teach you.

  • Specific warm ups for your sessions.
  • How to safely perform free-weighted movements, such as the Squat, Deadlift and Clean.
  • Basic bodyweight/gymnastics progressions.
  • Nutritional guidelines for weight management and athletic development.
  • Foundational fitness principals including intensity breakdown and recovery.
  • Full Coach support in class and via email.

On completion of the Starter Course you are able to attend all our fitness classes.

Dynamic Warm-up.

A combination of stretches designed to prime  the body for movement. All while increasing body awareness, coordination, balance, and agility.

Hollow Sequence Gymnastic Movements

Hollow Sequence.

Designed exclusively for a solid core and body awareness. Gymnastic movement progressions teach you the importance of core strength and position.

Basic Crossfit movements

CrossFit 9 Foundation Movements.

These basic movements are covered and coached in the CrossFit Level 1 course. They are the basis of all things CrossFit.
