CrossFit Bondi Timetable

A gym timetable that exposes you to all the elements you need to strengthen weaknesses, maintain strengths and develop cardio. It will expose you to new movement skills, strength programs and challenging conditioning circuits.

A Crossfit program that is educational as much as it is conditioning.
